2009 Lighter Side of Christmas Parade

The theme for this year's parade is "A Star Studded Chirstmas." 2009 is the Year of Astronomy (400 year anniversary of Galileo), anniversary of the Academy Awards; Barbie turns 50 and the 40-year anniversary of landing on the moon.
The parade beneficiary this year is Charitable Treasures Workshop, a local non-profit organization that provides a supportive and challenging work skills training program for young adults with special needs in our community.www.charitabletreasuresworkshop.org.
