At The Mansion (20 N. Tejon 719-357-9767) and Gasoline Alley (28 N. Tejon 719-491-1414) West Side Tattoo 2031 w. Colorado Ave. (719)219-4800 This is the senond annual and is every saturday night in February. There is a cover at The Mansion $5 before 10p.m. and $10 after and there normal dress code. There is no entry fee at Gasoline Alley and no dress code. THere is no entry fees to enter into the tattoo contest just the door fee. Vegas Trips, H20cean products, Gift Certifacates, plaques and other prices for winners. The event is scheduled as followed:
