Recovery is a Process not an Event Workshop
Friday from 5-7 will be a meet and get acquainted pot luck - this is optional. Followed by a two day workshop. This series brings proven techniques for changing unhealthy or addictive patterns of thinking and behavior. Simple techniques for personal development, changing ingrained behaviors. This is a combination of 12 Step facilitation and cognitive self change tools.
