This class is designed for students who have been introduced to oil painting and are ready for the next step. Demos along the way explore options as questions arise. Instruction includes color choices, use of materials, mediums and varnishes, subject choices, working from photos, design info and the sketchbook, developing one’s “artistic voice,” and when to quit. Still life or floral setup each week for students choosing to work from life. Come to first session ready to paint.
