Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care 25th Annual Trees of Life Tree Lighting Ceremony

Celebrate life and honor loved ones at the Pikes Peak Hospice & Palliative Care Tree Lighting Ceremony. Join us in remembering those we love and those we have lost. Loved ones’ names provided at the event will be read in remembrance. We will also pay tribute to the military and our local community protectors as we illuminate special red, white and blue trees in their honor. The trees will be illuminated as we celebrate with family togetherness, community spirit, and complimentary refreshments.
