Silver Pond Chinese Restaurant

I recently returned to Colorado Springs after three years of teaching and studying in Taiwan, and I've dined at the Silver Pond Chinese Restaurant on a few occasions since then. Chinese food has been a big favorite of mine since my military days in Asia during the 1960's and 70's, and this is one of the best Chinese restaurants I've encountered in the United States in a long time. Every appetizer, soup, entree, and dessert I've had there has been superb, the service has been great, and the atmosphere authentic and relaxing. The extensive menu offers something for just about every taste, and I personally like the fact that low-salt dishes are the rule and they don't use MSG. I highly recommend giving the Silver Pond a try.
