A few weeks ago, my son and two of his friends were skate boarding in front of McKenzie's Chophouse on the side walk. All of a sudden a man came running out and asked the boys: "You wanna go and skate somewhere else? Thank you" and went back inside. He did not identify himself or identify the property as private property or anything of that nature. There are no signs posted either! Apparently, the boys did not leave fast enough and he called the police. We have no idea what the man told the police but it caused the police officer to be extremely harsh with the boys and treated them like criminals!
Today at 1:30 P.M. the boys have a court appearance for “Trespassing”. I feel this is a waste of Government time and resources and if anyone should be on trial it should be the man from McKenzie's Chophouse!
So sorry the boys did not do anything quieter like rob a few people or sell/use drugs
