Simply the best Mexican Restaurant in Colorado Springs
The food at La Unica is awesome. The menu is broad, the food is always fresh and is served quickly by an enthusiastic staff. The restaurant has a genuine Mexican ambience. Most Mexican restaurants pile on tired plates of beans and rice with too much fake cheese, but this is the real deal. For the adventurous, the Carnitas Chipotle is simply the best and hottest Mexican dish in town. The mole dish, green chile and chile rellenos are also very tasty. You can also try good margaritas, a great selection of tequilas and pulque, an agave beer brewed in central Mexico.
