Candye Kane

Candye Kane has been called a survivor, a superhero and the toughest girl alive. (All are also titles of her self-penned songs.) They are apt descriptions of the jump blues singer and songwriter. Kane’s eleventh CD release, Sister Vagabond was released on August 16, 2011 for the Delta Groove Label. Produced by Candye and her amazing guitarist Laura Chavez, Sister Vagabond promises to be as exciting as their last collaboration, Superhero, nominated for Best Contemporary Blues CD of the year.
